Bill Rice My name is Bill Rice; I suffered from the torment brought on
by sciatica for years. I tried everything short of surgery to find

Sciatica is a universal condition in which pain, numbness, tingling, or
weakness originates in the lower back, travels down through the
buttocks, and then down the back or side of the leg. The good news is
that most people experiencing sciatica pain and its related symptoms
get better within a few weeks or months through simple non-surgical
treatments. Others feel symptoms and pain so strongly that they are
debilitated and incapable of performing everyday activities. But
whether your case is simple or difficult, requires basic exercise or
massage therapy or perhaps is so severe that surgery is the only
reasonable answer, having a foundation in causes and cures goes a long
way in how you approach your pain.

We know that sciatica sufferers experience a wide range of symptoms.
The sciatica nerve runs through many muscles from the lower back and
into the leg, causing a wide range of possible symptoms. Additionally,
the sciatic nerve and it's branches are subject to pressure from
calcium deposits and from bulging or herniated disk material causing
significant pain and discomfort.
You might notice that you have pain on one side of your buttocks or in
one leg that is worse when sitting. The sciatica nerve splits in two
and runs down each leg at the tail bone, so symptoms are not always
mirrored on both sides of the body. One thing, however, is

cause. Doctors see it differently; they understand the symptoms to be
related to an underlying problem involving the lower back and the
sciatic nerve. This underlying cause might be:
* a herniated disc...
* spinal stenosis that is compressing or irritating the nerve
roots...
* an injury to the lower back...
* even pregnancy...
For both you and your doctor, it is very important to understand the
underlying diagnosis rather than just dealing with the symptoms of
sciatica. Without addressing the root cause of the symptoms it is
unlikely that you'll be able to relieve sciatic nerve pain.
The most important thing to do for sciatica relief is to seek the
advice of a medical professional. Start with your internist but, most
likely, you'll be referred to an orthopedic doctor or neurologist.
Your health professional will provide the correct diagnosis for your
pain and rule out any more serious problems. Treatments vary based on
the underlying condition causing the sciatic pain. Don't self-treat
your sciatica before consulting a health professional.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
